  • A typical session will last approximately 55 minutes. You may speak with your individual therapist regarding the need for longer or shorter sessions.

  • Our skilled clinicians are trained in various types of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. If you have a specific preference in approaches, please contact our office and obtain further information as to whether or not we are the right fit for you.

  • Possibly. We are credentialed with many types of Medicaid and Medicare, as well as Tricare (Prime and Select), The full list of accepted insurance types is listed on the Affordability page.

  • Our out-of-pocket rates are competitive for specialized treatment. We also work with several Employee Assistance Programs, as well as Victim's Compensation. We also accept most major credit cards and Health Savings Account cards.

  • Yes, with important exceptions. If a client discloses abuse of a child, elderly person or disabled person, it must be reported to state authorities. If a client discloses intent to harm himself/herself or others, emergency evaluation may be required. Other possible exceptions to confidentiality will be discussed at the time of intake.

  • Each of our skilled clinicians has a specialization in the age population with which he/she works. In general, we work with individuals age four and older.

  • We offer evening appointments Monday-Friday. Currently, we are not offering weekend appointments, but this may change in the future.
