Services

We offer a wide variety of services including in person therapy, telehealth, coaching, behavioral testing and more

Talk Therapy

We understand that making the decision to come to therapy can be challenging. Our mission is to provide you with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Individual, couples, family, and group therapy are services that we offer both in-office and online through a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform. A standard session will last approximately 53 minutes; however, in some cases, sessions may need to be shorter or longer based on the specific interventions your clinician may use. Your clinician will discuss session length, frequency, preferred type of session, goals and interventions with you as part of your treatment plan.

  • We have a staff of highly trained clinicians ready to help you overcome the aftermath of abuse, trauma and PTSD.

  • We offer couples counseling to assist with learning to communicate, resolve conflict and reconnect following a trauma-related incident or diagnosis.

  • We understand that that families often need additional support to overcome issues due to relational difficulties, communication, trauma or divorce.

Faith Based Counseling

For many people, faith is a critical part of their healing journey. You have the option to work with a counselor who will integrate the Christian faith into your sessions to your level of comfort, through prayer or scripture.

Assessments

Our master’s level clinicians administer a variety of assessments appropriate for their qualification (levels A, S and B). We utilize screening tools and specific tests that assist with establishing a diagnosis and tracking progress for the following issues in clients of all ages: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress symptoms (Acute Stress, PTSD), and executive functioning (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder). Our testing library continues to expand to better serve the needs of our clients.

  • Our trained clinicians use testing instruments such as the BRIEF-2 to determine the presence of symptoms consistent with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • We utilize the CAPS-5, the “gold standard” of PTSD assessments, to determine the presence and severity of trauma-related symptoms. We also use the TSI-2, and other age-appropriate instruments for children (TSCC, TSCYC, CSBI, etc.).

  • Commonly experienced in the aftermath of trauma, depression symptoms are an important factor to consider. Our clinicians will use a wide range of screening tools and assessments to pinpoint the severity of depression.

  • Anxiety symptoms can interfere with everyday tasks and should be identified. Our clinicians will use a wide range of screening tools and assessments to differentiate possible diagnoses.

  • This assessment is not intended to provide complete diagnoses. Instead, it lays the groundwork to frame a patient's concerns.
